Adrian Stevens is blessed with the gifts of a healer. Coupled with his extensive knowledge of the human body, he only has to lay his hands on a person for them to feel the touch of a modern day healer. His simple, effective and caring way has meant that I personally have completed way more pain free kilometres than I have had the right to put my body through. I am about to complete a South African road running first and would not have got to this point without Adi in my corner! Thanks Adrian!
